摘要:

运用方差分析法研究了烟叶化学成分在陈化期间的变化规律。结果表明:借助于方差分析,可以判断各种化学成分在陈化期间的变化是否显著,并可以区分其明显变化期和平缓变化期;对16种化学成分进行的方差分析结果表明,总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮、蛋白质、氨基酸、多酚类物质、类胡萝卜素、淀粉、果胶、挥发性脂肪酸、挥发碱、pH值在陈化期间的变化达到了显著水平,它们的明显变化期一般在18个月以上。

Abstract:

Using the method of variance analysis, the change rule of chemical component of tobacco in aging was studied. The results showed that, with variance analysis, the significance of change of tobacco chemical component content in aging can be given, and the time area of fast and slow change can be distinguished. The variance analysis results showed that, in 16 kinds chemical components studied, 13 kinds had changed significantly in aging and their time area of fast change are usually than 18 months, these chemical components are the total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, protein, hydroxyproline, polyphenol, carotenoids, starch, pectin, volatile fatty acids, volatile alkaloid and pH.
