摘要:

进行气象与大气环境、生物、土壤、水体、自然灾害等项目的湿地生态环境监测可以为科学地进行湿地生态系统管理提供依据。以更好地完成湿地生态环境监测为目的建立的GIS湿地生态环境监测与管理信息系统由通过系统集成的空间数据库和属性数据库构成,具有数据采集,数据输入与输出,数据统计与查询,空间分析以及比例尺变换、投影变换等一些与地图本身特征相关的功能。在对湿地生态系统进行科学管理的过程中,GIS湿地生态环境监测与管理信息系统具有进行湿地遥感分类、湿地植被生物量遥感估测、湿地景观格局演化及湿地退化分析、进行湿地评价和辅助湿地自然保护区建设等重要作用。

Abstract:

The wetland eco-environment monitoring of weather, atmosphere, biology, soil, natural disasters is the scientific basis of wetland ecosystem management. The Geographic Information System of wetland eco- environment monitoring and management is composed by spatial database and attribute database which are integrated by system, the Geographic Information System has functions of data collection, data input, data output, data statistics, data inquiry, spatial analysis, transforms of map scale and map projection and etc. The system above has some effects in wetland ecosystem management, such as classifying wetland and estimating wetland vegetation biomass by using remote imagines, analyzing wetland landscape transform and wetland degradation, evaluating wetland and assisting wetland natural reserve construction.
