Abstract: The protein microarray technology increasing attention as a kind of new technology in Proteome Research. At present, the technology has been applied in each virology study fields. With the continuous improvement of the technology, it will play a more and more important role in virology study. This paper reviews the principle、characteristic、kind and detection method of protein microarray technology, simultaneously, expanding its application and prospect in virology research.
