碱胁迫对碱地风毛菊生理特性的影响

Effect of alkali stress on physiological characterisistics of Saussurea runcinata at seedling stage

摘要:

试验对碱地风毛菊(Saussurea runcinata)苗期分别以NaHCO3和Na2CO3进行胁迫,浓度为0(CK)、30mmol/L、60mmol/L、90mmol/L、120mmol/L、150mmol/L、180mmol/L,通过对其脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白等耐盐碱生理指标的研究,以探讨碱胁迫对碱地风毛菊苗期生理特性的影响。结果表明:NaHCO3和Na2CO3胁迫下,碱地风毛菊中Pro、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及MDA含量均显著高于对照,且相同碱浓度胁迫下,根系中的含量显著高于叶片; Na2CO3胁迫对碱地风毛菊的伤害要大于NaHCO3。

Abstract:

This experiment was carried out to assess the physiological property of Saussurea runcinata seedling under varying levels of NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 (0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 mmol/L). To explore the physiological property of Saussurea runcinata seedling under varying levels of NaHCO3 and Na2CO3, the Pro, soluble sugar, soluble protein and MDA contents of Saussurea runcinata were significantly higher than control, and the contents of roots were significantly higher than those of the leaves at the same alkali concentration of stress; the harm of Na2CO3 is greater than NaHCO3 to Saussurea runcinata.
