Effect of Contamination of Chlorobenzene on Rice Growth and Food Safety of Rice

摘要: 以水稻品系哈04-34为材料,利用盆栽试验,在人工气候箱内模拟水稻生长环境,进行全生育期调查,研究有机污染物氯苯不同浓度溶液对水稻生长发育、产量性状及稻米安全性的影响。结果表明,氯苯处理明显抑制水稻秧苗的高度,抑制水稻的生长发育,表现为拖后抽穗、延缓抽穗进程、延迟成熟等症状;水稻在产量上均有不同程度的下降,243倍的氯苯处理其产量仅达到对照的15.4%,认为几乎绝产没有种植水稻的价值,用氯苯污染水灌溉的水稻,只要能生长并勉强成熟,其植株和籽粒中均不能检测出有机污染物的残留。

Abstract: Take rice line Ha04-34 as varieties in this study, which cultivated in pot and putted in climatic cabinate, effect of contamination of chlorobenzene on rice growth, yield traits and food security were studied. The results were as follows: effect of chlorobenzene on rice growth were restraining rice growth and delaying heading and maturity. The paddy, when concentration of chlorobenzene was above 243 times of state standard in irrigating water, could not cultivated rice, and it had not detected chlorobenzene residue in seed only the rice could to maturity.
