一种捕食线虫真菌与其他树栖真菌的关系初探

摘要: 真菌间的作用关系十分复杂,随着树栖真菌种类数量的变化,捕食线虫真菌被影响的结果也不断发生改变。试验结果表明,A. oligospora、Verticillium及Pestalotiopsisa三者对峙培养,A. oligospora、Trichoderma及Verticillium三者对峙培养,A. oligospora与Pestalotiopsisa二者对峙培养,A. oligospora与Trichoderma二者对峙培养,A. oligospora与Verticillium二者对峙培养中,均不利于A. oligospora的生长,因此,以上4个组合生防价值均较低;A. oligospora、Trichoderma及Pestalotiopsisa三者对峙培养中,大多时段A. oligospora的生长均可得到促进,A. oligospora与Verticillium对峙培养中,某些时段也可促进A. oligospora生长,因此,以上2种组合可考虑应用于生防中,但要准确把握时机。

Abstract: There is a highly complex interaction relationship between the fungi, and then because of the changes in the number of the species of the dendrocola mycoflora, the influence of the change on the nematode-trapping fungi have been in changing. Experimental results show that , no matter whether carrying out the duel culture between A. oligospora and Pestalotiopsisa , A. oligospora and Trichoderma, A. oligospora and Verticillium, or among A. oligospora、Verticillium and Pestalotiopsisa, the growth of A. oligospora is all inhibited. Therefore the above four pairs all have the lower biocontrol value. But when carring out the dual culture among A. oligospora、Trichoderma and Pestalotiopsisa, in most of the time, the growth of A. oligospora is always promoted, when carring out the dual culture between A. oligospora and Verticillium, in some periods, the growth of A. oligospora could be promoted. Therefore, the above two pairs should be able considered to be used in biological control, but the most important thing is to accurately grasp the opportunity.
