欠发达地区农户融资行为影响因素分析

摘要：

本文以江苏省苏北地区为例，来研究欠发达地区农户融资行为，通过160份有效农户调查问卷来描述苏北地区农户微观融资现状，并且用Tobit和Probit模型来实证分析了影响欠发达地区农户融资的因素。结果表明农户收入、户主年龄、生产性支出、教育支出和住房建设支出是影响欠发达地区农户融资行为的主要因素。最后根据实证结论提出相关建议。

Abstract:

Abstract: The article takes northern area of Jiangsu Province as an example and aims to study the farmers’ financing act in the underdevoloped area. This article describes the microscopic financing status among farmers in northern Jiangsu Province through 160 valid questionaries. Meanwhile it analyses the factors which will effect financing act with Tobit and Probit. It draws the conclusion that the above mentioned factors are farmers’ income, age, production expenditure, education expenditure and house construction expenditure.
