种子包衣肥理化特性研究

摘要:

通过对早、晚型种子包衣肥的pH值、包衣均匀度、包衣脱落率、初期溶出率、微分溶出率、养分累积释放曲线的测定,以及对衣膜结构、包衣水稻种子与未包衣的对照种子表面结构扫描电镜观察,研究了种子包衣肥的理化特性。结果表明:早、晚稻型种子包衣肥的pH值为5~6、包衣均匀度>96%、包衣脱落率<6.5%、养分初期溶出率<14%、养分微分溶出率<2%、养分累积释放曲线呈“S”型,说明种子包衣肥理化性能稳定,包衣效果与养分缓释效果良好。

Abstract:

Physical and chemical characteristics of seed-coating fertilizers were studied by means of determining the pH values, coating uniformity rates, coating off rates, nutrient initial-release ratios, nutrient micro-release ratios, nutrient accumulation-release curves of early and late rice seed-coating fertilizers, and observing the membrane structures of seed-coating fertilizers and the surface structures of the coated and uncoated rice seeds by SEM. Results showed that the pH values of early and late seed-coating fertilizers were 5~6, coating uniformity rates>96%, coating off rates<6.5%, nutrient initial-release ratios<14%, nutrient micro-release ratios<2%, and the nutrient accumulation-release curves were S-shape.These results indicated the physical and chemical properties of seed-coating fertilizers were stable, and the effects of coating and nutrient slow-release were good.
