铅对紫花苜蓿种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Lead on Seed Germination and Growth of Alfalfa

摘要:

采用培养试验研究了铅胁迫对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L. )种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在Pb2+浓度0~100 mg/kg范围内,Pb2+对种子的发芽率和发芽势的影响差异不显著,二者均表现为先轻微下降,然后又逐渐回升,表明紫花苜蓿种子萌发对铅具有一定的耐性。不同浓度Pb2+处理对幼芽和幼根生长均有较明显的抑制作用,且对幼根的毒害作用要比幼芽更明显。当Pb2+浓度达到250 mg/kg以后,其活力指数随之下降,且对紫花苜蓿种子萌发以及幼苗生长均表现出非常明显的毒害作用。

Abstract:

Effects of lead on alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.) seed germination and growth were studied by cultivating experiment. The results showed that the effects of lead on the germination rate of seeds and germination energy were not significant when Pb2+ concentration ranged from 0 to 100 mg/kg. The general trend of seeds germination rate and germinating energy showed slight decrease at first and then gradually recovered. It indicated that alfalfa seed had certain extent patience for lead. The treatments with different Pb2+ concentrations could inhibit the growth of bugs and roots significantly, and had stronger inhibition on root than that of plumule. When Pb2+ concentration was over 250 mg/kg, the index of seed vigor was decreased, and it inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa evidently.
