摘要:

研究了水分胁迫对花生幼苗叶片内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,GA3含量先升后降,出现了两个高峰值,ABA含量则逐渐升高,IAA和ZR先降低后升高。随着胁迫时间的延长,叶片中ABA/IAA的值先升后降,ABA/ZR逐渐升高。

Abstract:

The changes of endogenous phytohormones in peanut under water stress were studied. The results showed that the content of ABA increased under water stress. The content of IAA and ZR first decreased and then increased, and the change of GA3 content fluctuated. The ABA/IAA ratio first increased and then decreased, and the ABA/ZR ratio increased.
