彭泽鲫生长性状的遗传参数估计

摘要:

为深入了解彭泽鲫(Carassius auratus var. pengzesis)生长性状的遗传变化规律,并以此为基础制定彭泽鲫合理的育种方案。以九江市水产研究所培育的彭泽鲫23个全同胞家系的个体为实验材料,测量这些家系中1冬龄个体的生长性状(总长、体长、体高、体厚、体重),并用动物模型对数据进行遗传分析。结果表明:彭泽鲫1冬龄总长、体长、体高、体厚、体重5个性状的遗传力分别为0.64±0.17、0.51±0.16、0.79±0.18、0.57±0.16、0.65±0.17,均属于高水平遗传力。这5个性状之间表型相关(0.79~0.94)和遗传相关(0.95~1.00)均较高。采用个体选育或者个体选育与家系选择法相结合的方法对彭泽鲫进行遗传改良都能获得较好的遗传进展,且对某一生长性状进行选育时,其他性状也会得到间接改良。

Abstract:

To study the genetic rules of growth traits of Carassius auratus var. pengzesis, and make a breeding plan of C. auratus var. pengzesis, 23 full sibs families from Jiujiang Fisheries Research Institute were used as materials, and the raw data of growth traits (total length, body length, body height, body width, body weight) of about a-whole-year individuals were detected, and the genetic analysis was conducted with animal model. The results showed that the heritability of the above five traits was 0.64±0.17, 0.51±0.16, 0.79±0.18, 0.57±0.16, 0.65±0.17, respectively. The heritability of these traits was all at a high level. The phenotypic correlation (0.79 to 0.94) and the genetic correlation (0.95 to 1.00) between these five traits were all relatively high. All the results show that individual selection or individual selection combining with family selection will get the ideal genetic gain, and if we continue to select one of these traits, the other traits will be improved in the same time.
