鄂茶系列光合特性的比较研究

摘 要:在自然条件下,通过TPS-2型便携式光合系统测定仪测定了鄂茶系列12个茶树品种的主要光合特征指标。结果表明,12个茶树品种间的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率、细胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度差异较显著。鄂茶8号和鄂茶9号的水分利用效率高达4.0μmol/mmol以上,且蒸腾速率较低,因此,较其他品种更适宜在干旱地区生长;鄂茶4号和鄂茶10号的水分利用效率较低、蒸腾速率较高,因此,需要注意水分管理。聚类结果将12个茶树品种划分为4类,其中,鄂茶1号、鄂茶5号、鄂茶6号和鄂茶10号光合特性较优,鄂茶8号、鄂茶9号光合特性较差。

Abstract:

Abstract:The main photosynthetic characteristics of E’Cha series were determined by TPS-2 under field condition. The results show that there are significant differences on net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,water use efficiency,intercelluar CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance among 12 tea cultivars. The water use efficiency of E’Cha No.8 and E’Cha No.9 is more than 4.0μmol/mmol,and the transpiration rate of them is lower. So they can be adapted to arid area. E’Cha No.4 and E’Cha No.10 have lower water use efficiency and higher transpiration rate than others,so we need pay attention to water management. According to the result from clustering analysis by SPSS,12 tea cultivars are classified into four groups. E’Cha No.1,E’Cha No.5 E’Cha No.5 and E’Cha No.10 are excellent in the photosynthesis characteristics,and E’Cha No.8 and E’Cha No.9 are poor in the photosynthesis characteristics.
