摘要：

综述了除草剂和除草剂安全剂对植物P450s的诱导作用；概述了除草剂代谢相关的植物细胞色素P450基因的克隆鉴定和转P450基因作物的研究；并介绍了P450s参与除草剂代谢的作用方式，以及P450s与杂草抗性的关系。

Abstract:

The induction of P450s by herbicides or herbicide safeners were reviewed; the clone and identification of cytochrome P450 related to herbicide metabolism and the researches of transgenic-P450 plants were summarized; the action modes of cytochrome P450s on herbicides metabolism and the relationship between P450s and weed resistance were also introduced.
