青藏高原龙胆科植物花中微量元素化学计量学研究

Chemometrics Research on the Trace Elements in Flowers of Gentianaceae from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

摘要:

综合评价青藏高原龙胆科植物花中6种微量元素。采用因子分析和聚类分析方法对青藏高原龙胆科植物花中的微量元素含量数据进行分析,找出了龙胆科植物花中Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn等6种微量元素之间的关系,运用化学计量学方法,结合MATLAB2010软件,对青藏高原龙胆科植物花中微量元素和中药功效进行研究。第一公共因子F1在指标Cu、Fe、Mn上有较大的载荷,第二公共因子F2在指标Ca、Mg上有较大的载荷,第三公共因子F3在指标Zn上有较大的载荷。青藏高原龙胆科植物花中6种微量元素含量高低顺序为:麻花秦艽花>云雾龙胆花>线性龙胆花>蓝玉簪龙胆花>黄管秦艽花>管花秦艽花。该研究为大规模合理开发青藏高原龙胆科植物花资源,以及为青藏高原龙胆科植物花的药物功效学和微量元素的研究提供科学的依据和理论基础。

Abstract:

The study aimed to comprehensively evaluate 6 kinds of trace elements of flowers of Gentianaceae in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The factor analysis and cluster analysis methods were used to analyze the data of trace elements in flowers of Gentianaceae from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and find the relationship between 6 kinds of trace elements including Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn. Combining with MATLAB2010, the chemometrics methods were made on the trace elements of flowers of Gentianaceae and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. The first commonality factor F1 had greater load on the indexes of Cu, Fe and Mn, and the second commonality factor F2 had greater load on the indexes of Ca and Mg, and the third commonality factor F3 had greater load on the index of Zn. Six kinds of trace elements in flowers of Gentianaceae in the order were manual twist Gentiana flowers >Gentian nubigena Edgew>linear Gentian flowers>hosta blue Gentian flowers>yellow tube Gentiana flowers>tube flowers Gentiana flowers. The study provided the scientific base and theoretical foundation for the relation development of flowers of Gentianaceae resource and for the research of medication efficiency and trace elements.
