几种肥料对淡紫拟青霉E7菌株产孢量的影响

Effects of Several Fertilizers on the Spore Production of E7 Strain of Paecilomyces lilacinus

摘要:

为了解不同肥料对淡紫拟青霉E7菌株产孢量的影响,采用化肥尿素(F1)和芭田世界通复合肥(F2)、有机肥有机钾宝(F3)和奥普尔腐植酸有机矿化活性冲施肥(F4)对E7菌株进行处理。结果表明,E7菌株对这4种肥料都有良好的适应性,其中有机钾宝对E7菌株产孢量的促进作用最显著,并且一定浓度的奥普尔腐植酸有机矿化活性冲施肥、芭田世界通复合肥和尿素对E7菌株产孢量也有显著的促进作用。

Abstract:

In order to understand the influence of several fertilizers on the spore production of E7 strain of Paecilomyces lilacinus, two chemical fertilizers (F1, F2) and two organic fertilizers (F3, F4) was used to treat with E7 strain. The results showed that, all fertilizers adaptability of the E7 strain were well. F3 had most significant facilitation effect on spore production of E7 strain, and F4, F2, F1 had significant facilitation effect on spore production of E7 strain when they reached at a certain concentration.
