油茶扦插繁殖技术研究

Adventitious Rooting Formation in Cuttings of Camellia oleifera

摘要:

对影响油茶扦插生根的基质组成、激素种类、激素浓度与处理时间等因素进行研究,主要比较生根率、平均侧根数、平均根长等性状,以期找到油茶扦插繁殖的最佳条件。试验结果表明:4种基质中,以 80%红壤土+20%细沙更适宜作扦插基质,生根率、平均侧根数、平均根长分别为71.7%、2.4条、2.5 cm;4种激素(IAA、IBA、NAA、生根粉溶液)中,采用生根粉溶液处理,插穗生根率较高,为56.7%,平均侧根数与平均根长分别为5.2条、3.2 cm;慢浸处理中,插穗采用25 mg/L生根粉溶液浸泡2 h,生根率最高,为73.3%,平均侧根数与平均根长分别为4.6条、1.8 cm;速蘸处理中,插穗采用300 mg/L生根粉溶液速蘸10 s,生根率最高,为81.7%,平均侧根数与平均根长分别为5.0条、1.3 cm;且最佳速蘸处理生根率比最佳慢浸处理更高。因此进行油茶秋季扦插繁殖时,插穗宜采用300 mg/L生根粉溶液速蘸10 s后,扦插于80%红壤土+20%细沙基质上。

Abstract:

The influence of rooting media, auxin type, auxin density and treatment time on adventitious rooting of Camellia oleifera cuttings was examined in this paper. In order to find out the best treatment for rooting in cuttings, rooting rate, average adventitious root (AAR) number and AAR length were investigated. The result showed that: when planted in the substrate (80:20 mixture of red soil and sand), the rooting ratio, AAR number and AAR length were 71.7%, 2.4 and 2.5 cm. The most appropriate rooting of auxin type was rooting powder and the rooting percentage, AAR number and AAR length were 56.7%, 5.2 and 3.2 cm. The effects of the cuttings soaked for 2 h in 25 mg/L rooting powder were higher than other soaking-treatments and the rooting ratio, AAR number and AAR length were 73.3%, 4.6 and 1.8 cm. But for the dipping-treatments the cuttings dipped for 10 s in 300 mg/L rooting powder was the most effective way, the rooting percentage, AAR number and AAR length were 81.7%, 5.0 and 1.3 cm. Especially, the result of the optimal quick-dip treatment was better than the optimal soaking treatment. The most optimized treatment for rooting in cuttings of C. oleifera in autumn was that the cuttings were dipped for 10 s in 300 mg/L rooting powder and then planted in the substrate (80:20 mixture of red soil and sand).
