摘要：

深入分析农村已婚女性劳动力在城市就业的状况，及时发现并研究解决其城市就业过程中存在的问题，对促进我国农村劳动力转移和推进城市化进程具有重要意义。本研究以城市外来农村已婚女性劳动力为研究对象，应用调查资料，构建二元probit回归模型，实证分析城市外来农村已婚女性劳动力就业的制约因素，并提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract:

in-depth analyzing of the rural married female labor force employment in the city status, timely finding and researching the problems existing in the process of city employment, have important sense to promoting the transfer of rural labor in China and the process of urbanization. The article takes the city foreign rural married female labor force as the research object, use survey data, constructs two probit model to empirically analyze the restricting factors of the foreign city rural married female labor force employment. It also gives corresponding suggestions.
