玉米秸秆混合发酵产酶条件的优化

Corn Stalks the Optimal Conditions for Enzyme Production

摘要:

为了显著提高纤维素酶的酶活,采用固态发酵的方法,深入研究了玉米秸秆预处理后的成分变化以及固液比,温度,pH等对发酵产酶的影响。结果表明,选择膨化预处理之后的秸秆混合发酵产酶的较优工艺条件为:固液比为1:(1.5~2)之间;pH 3~5;接种量为20%;秸秆:麸皮为1:1;硫酸铵含量为1.5%。在这些条件发酵之后的玉米秸秆,酶活为300 U/g。为下一步的玉米秸秆混合发酵产酶的中试实验提供理论依据。

Abstract:

In this paper, in order to increase the enzyme activity of cellulase, using a solid state fermentation method to study the composition changes of corn straw after pretreatment. The solid to liquid ratio, temperature, pH and other effects on the enzyme production were also be investigated. The results showed that, the optimum conditions for cellulase were: the solid liquid ratio was between 1:(1.5-2), the same ratio of corn straw and wheat bran were used with 1.5% ammonium sulfate and natural pH for fermentation. The medium were inoculated with bacterial culture (20% v). In these conditions, the corn stalks after fermentation, enzyme activity was 300 U/g. All the results provided a theoretical basis for further study.
