The Progress of the Cross-talk Among the Signaling Pathways of Phytohormones in Plant Defense Responses

摘要: 植物的抗病反应中,激素发挥着至关重要的作用。不同激素对于植物抵御不同种病原菌的作用方式并不相同。然而多种激素的信号途径之间在抗病反应中并不相互独立,而是存在相互作用。这种相互作用的存在使植物能高效协调体内不同激素信号途径的抗性,是抵御不同病原菌入侵的有效方法。本文综述了植物激素水杨酸、茉莉酸、乙烯、脱落酸、生长素和赤霉素在抗病反应中的作用以及这些激素信号途径之间的相互作用。

Abstract: It is never denied that plant endogenous hormones play crucial roles in plant defense responses. The functions of these hormones are different upon the plant defense to different kinds of pathogens. And the signaling pathways of plant hormones are not exist alone in plant defense responses, but exhibit cross-talk among these pathways. The cross-talk promotes the coordination of different hormones signal in plants to enhance disease resistance, which is efficient strategy to resist different kinds of pathogens invasion. This paper reviewed the progress on functions of six phytohormones in disease resistance and the cross-talk among the signaling pathways of these six phytohormones including salicylic acid, jasmonic acid, ethylene, abscisic acid, auxin and gibberellin.
