气候变化背景下山南霜冻灾害风险评估

Risk ssessment of Frost Disaster in Shannan of Tibet under the Background of Climate change

摘要: 选取西藏山南市近30年(1981~2013年)历年逐日最低气温和霜日数据、地理信息和国民经济统计数据,利用专家打分和层次分析等方法,借助GIS技术,综合分析霜冻致灾危险性、承灾体易损性、孕灾环境敏感性和防灾减灾能力等四方面影响因子,得到山南市霜冻灾害风险区划。结果表明,山南市霜冻高风险、次高风险区主要分布于浪卡子,措美大部,错那西北部,隆子西部,洛扎西部,贡嘎西南部,扎朗和桑日北部,琼结和曲松南部,加查与桑日交接地带;中等风险区位于沿江河谷中部,东北部,南部边缘地区高海拔和低海拔缓冲区域。

Abstract: : Using daily Minimum temperature and frost days,geographic information and national economic statistics data of Shannan Tibet.Started with four aspects including the risk of factors causing frost disaster,the sensitivity of disaster environment,vulnerability of hazard affected body and the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation,the weights were determined by using expert scoring method and The analytic hierarchy procees (AHP),frost disaster risk assessment model was established with the help of GIS technology,finally,the frost disaster risk zoning work in Shannan was completed.The results show that the high and second risk areas were in the Nagarze ,most of Come,Northwest of Cona,West of Lunze,West of Lhozhag,Southwest ofGon-
