菌草栽培银耳培养基配方筛选

Medium Formulae Screening for JUNCAO Cultivating Tremella

摘要： 采用试管法对4种菌草、3种辅料进行配方筛选优化。结果表明，最适菌草栽培银耳的配方是：类芦70%，高粱5%，麸皮24%，石灰1%。该配方银耳菌丝体生长速度最快，达1.067 cm/d；子实体出芽早，展片优于对照棉籽壳。

Abstract: Researching the medium formula of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO. Using test-tube method screened four kinds of JUNCAO and three auxiliary materials. The most suitable medium formula of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO was: Neyraudia reynaudiana 70%, sorghum 5%, wheat bran 24%, lime 1%. Tremella mycelium grew fastest (1.067 cm/d). Fruit body budded earlier. Exhibition was superior to the contrast.
