南方番茄青枯病抗性评价

Evaluation of the South China of Bacterial Wilt Resistance in Tomato

摘要: 为了解国内番茄青枯病抗病资源遗传背景,采用田间种植法和接种法,2011—2012年对全国各地127个品种和208份材料进行青枯病抗性评价。结果表明:127个品种全部发病死亡,只有3个品种收到第1个红果,大果抗源较少,小果抗病材料较多,依据2年平均发病率进行抗性评价分级,小果H7997不发病,樱桃果T16不发病,T17、T8属抗病资源,T4、T6、T7、T381、T390发病较轻。

Abstract: In order to understand the tomato bacterial wilt resistant resources of genetic background, the field planting method and inoculation method, in all parts of the country's 127 varieties and 208 copies of materials evaluation of resistance to bacterial wilt. The results showed that the death of 127 varieties all patients, only three species received the first red, big source less resistant materials, small fruit more, based on the average incidence of resistance evaluation of grading, small fruit H7997 and cherry fruit T16 not the disease, not the disease; Resistant resources had T17, T8; T4, T6, T7, T381, T390 was the onset of lighter disease.
