我国南方地区旱作农业发展概况与对策分析

The General Development Situation and Countermeasures of Dry Farming in South China

摘要: 近年来中国南方地区频繁遭遇干旱,给农业生产和人民生活造成了巨大危害。为促进中国南方地区旱作农业的发展,保障南方地区粮食和经济作物安全,总结了中国南方地区旱作农业发展的现状、意义;重点分析了南方地区旱作农业发展中存在的主要问题;提出了南方旱作农业发展的主要对策:加强农田工程建设、选育抗旱品种、加强抗旱保水技术的开发和应用、利用节灌补水技术,提高水资源利用率。

Abstract: In recent years, frequent drought occurred in South China and result in great damage to the agricultural production and the lives of the people. In order to promote the development of dry farming and guarantee the food and cash crops security in South China, the current situation and significance of the development of dry farming in South China were reviewed; the main existing problems of the development of dry farming in South China were analyzed in detail, the countermeasures of the development of dry farming in South China were also recommended, which included enhance the construction of farmland engineering, drought resistance breeding, look for technology of drought resistance and water conservation, improve water use efficiency by rain-collecting and water-saving irrigation technology.
