玉米种子增铁、锰、钼包衣对幼苗生长影响

Effect of Seeds Coating Within Fe, Mn, Mo on Seedling Growth in Maize

摘要: 以玉米品种‘三峡玉3号’为试验材料,采用盆栽方法,分析玉米种子进行增铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、钼(Mo)包衣对玉米幼苗性状生长的影响。结果表明:Fe、Mn、Mo能促进玉米幼苗生长,不同的微量元素增微包衣玉米幼苗生长有差异,Fe和Mn对玉米幼苗生长影响作用大于Mo。除主根条数外,玉米各幼苗性状随着增微包衣浓度的增加呈现“低-高-低”的变化趋势,表现为二次函数关系(y=c+bx+ax2)。筛选出适合玉米幼苗生长的最佳Fe、Mn、Mo 3种微量元素种子包衣浓度分别为474.83~1163.45、100~500、386.40~649.04 mg/kg。

Abstract: In this study, we choose maize cultivars‘Sanxiayu No.3’as materals to examine effects of seeds coating within Fe, Mn, Mo on seedling growth in maize. The results showed that Fe, Mn, Mo could promoted the growth of maize seedling, and the maize seedling traits growth difference because of the different microelement. The effect of microelement on the maize seedling traits was Fe and Mn higher than Mo. The seedling traits of maize, which showed the change of“low-high-low”with the increase of microelement concentration, except for the root number. The relationship between seedling traits and microelement concentration accordance with the rule of quadratic function (y=c+bx+ax2). In conclusion, the best of maize seed coating within Fe, Mn, Mo concentration was 474.83-1163.45, 100-500, 386.40-649.04 mg/kg, respectively.
