茎瘤芥霜霉病病原菌鉴定及其生物学特性

Identification and Biological Characteristics of Downy Mildew Pathogens of Brassica juncea var. tumida Tsen

摘要: 为解决茎瘤芥霜霉病病原菌的分类问题,为利用生物学因子控制此病措施的提出提供依据,在涪陵地区利用传统的病害研究手段,完成了茎瘤芥霜霉病病原菌形态学及主要生物学特性研究。结果表明:茎瘤芥休眠孢子囊萌发受温度、湿度、pH、营养物质等因素的影响,其萌发在温度、湿度、pH等因子下有最适值。休眠孢子囊萌发的最适温度在16~18℃,最佳点在17℃;最适pH 4.0~5.2,最高萌发率出现在pH 4.4;最适湿度在75%~85%,最佳点在80%。

Abstract: In Fuling, to solve classification problems of downy mildew pathogen ofBrassica juncea var. tumida Tsen and provide basis for develop control measures by the biological factor, research on morphology and main biological characteristics of downy mildew pathogens ofBrassica juncea var. tumida Tsen were conducted by using traditional means of disease research. The results showed that the germination of the resting spores was affected by temperature, humidity, pH, nutrition. The optimum germination temperature of the resting spores ranged from 16℃ to 18℃ with the optimum point at 17℃, and the optimum pH 4.0-5.2 with the highest germination rate appeared at pH 4.4. The optimum germination humidity of the resting spores was between 75% and 85% with the optimum point of 80%.
