农业科研信息化水平及其影响因素研究

Study on the Agricultural Research Informatization Level and Its Influencing Factors in China

摘要: 农业科研信息化对农业科研创新具有重要作用。科研信息化水平测评是促进中国农业科研信息化建设的重要推力。旨在利用中国农业科学院信息化建设的数据,对院属各研究所信息化水平进行测评,并进一步分析农业科研信息化水平与研究所规模、资金等所具有的相关关系,为农业科研信息化建设提供参考和建议。从信息化应用、信息化基础设施、信息化队伍、信息化投入、信息化环境等方面构建了农业科研信息化指标体系,采用主成分分析法对中国农业科学院各研究所信息化水平进行测评。采用多元线性回归法,对研究所规模、资金等因素与农业科研信息化建设相关性进行分析。结果显示,部分研究所信息化水平较高,不同研究所的信息化水平差距较大。资金和规模与农业科研信息化水平存在相关性,资金充足、规模较大的研究所农业科研信息化水平明显较高。农业科研信息化需求迫切,需要统一协调部署;农业科研信息化建设尚处在初级阶段,还存在诸多问题;应加大农业科研信息化建设的资金投入,提高信息化水平。

Abstract: Agricultural research informatization plays an important role in agricultural scientific innovation. Evaluation of informatization level helps push forward the construction of China’s agricultural research informatization. This paper aims to evaluate the informatization level of the institutions in CAAS based on the survey data and study the related factors that affect the informatization level of agricultural research. The study constructed an evaluation index system for agricultural research informatization level from informatization application, informatization infrastructure, informatization team, informatization input and informatization environment and measured the informatization level of institutions in CAAS with principal component analysis. And what is more, it analyzed the correlation of informatization level and its influence factors with the multiple linear regression models. There are three institutes which informatization level is more than 1.5 point and the gap of informatization level between different institutes is large. Funds and scale of the institutes are relevant to the informatization level. Institutes with adequate capital and large scale will have a higher informatization level. Informatization construction of agricultural research is urgent and needs to be uniformly planned, deployed and coordinated; informatization construction of agricultural research is still in the primary stage, there are still many problems; more input to informatization construction of agricultural research can improve the informatization level of agricultural research.
