不同砧木嫁接对西瓜生长、果实品质及丰产性的影响

Effects of Different Rootstocks on Growth, Fruit Quality and Productivity of Grafted Watermelon

摘要: 以西瓜品种‘早佳(84-24)’自根苗为对照,进行‘日本雪松’与‘京欣砧4号’砧木与‘早佳(84-24)’的嫁接试验,探讨不同砧木品种对西瓜生长、果实品质及丰产性的影响。结果表明,2个砧木品种与‘早佳(84-24)’的共生性较好,能够显著提高西瓜幼苗的质量、促进西瓜植株的生长。嫁接西瓜的抗枯萎病能力与产量均显著高于对照,其中‘日本雪松’嫁接西瓜的产量达到49000.0 kg/hm2,‘京欣砧4号’产量达到47000.0 kg/hm2。2个砧木品种对西瓜的品质影响较小,嫁接西瓜的中心糖含量均超过了10.7%。因此,2个砧木均可作为上海地区西瓜嫁接栽培的砧木品种。

Abstract: In the study, ‘Japanese Xuesong’ and ‘Jingxingzhen4’ were used for grafting to watermelon variety ‘Zaojia(84-24)’. The self-root seedling of ‘Zaojia(84-24)’ was used as the control. The effects of different rootstocks on growth, quality and productivity of grafted watermelon were studied. The results showed that both rootstock varieties had the better symbiosis, and significantly improved the quality of seedlings, and significantly promoted watermelon plant growth. The disease resistance and yield of grafted seedlings were better than that of self-root watermelon seedlings. The yield reached 49000.0 kg/hm2 for the ‘Japanese Xuesong’ of grafted watermelon, and the yield reached 47000.0 kg/hm2 for the ‘Jingxingzhen4’ of grafted watermelon. The effect of both rootstock varieties on fruit quality was less, and the center sugar content was more than 10.7%. Therefore the two rootstocks could be used as rootstock varieties for grafted watermelon culture in Shanghai.
