不同品种水稻单叶的光合特性比较

Comparative Analysis of Photosynthetic Characteristics of Single Leaf from Different Rice Varieties

摘要: 为探明超级稻与普通杂交稻、常规稻不同水稻品种的光合特性及其差异。江西省农业气象试验站于2008—2009年对‘金优458’、‘金优463’、‘两优287’、‘株两优211’和‘禾盛10’等早稻品种,以及‘淦鑫688’、‘岳优712’、‘两优培九’、‘欣荣优254’和‘赣晚籼37’等晚稻品种,在水稻生长的各生育期,利用LI-6400光合仪对试验水稻进行了叶片光合观测,并分别对光合观测数据进行了比较分析。结果表明:早稻的光补偿点为25.7~35.7μmol/(m2·s),晚稻的光补偿点为29.5~35.3μmol/(m2·s);早稻的表观量子效率为0.0401~0.0481,晚稻的表观量子效率为0.0387~0.0503;早稻的暗呼吸速率为1.0879~1.7975μmol/(m2·s),晚稻的暗呼吸速率为1.2778~1.6051μmol/(m2·s);早稻的CO2补偿点为66.6~75.4μmol/(m2·s),晚稻的CO2补偿点为75.6~87.6μmol/(m2·s);早稻的表观羧化效率为0.0594~0.1089,晚稻的表观羧化效率为0.0547~0.0764。进一步统计分析得出,同期栽培的不同试验水稻品种,叶片的暗呼吸速率、光补偿点、表观量子效率、CO2补偿点和表观羧化效率等光合参数值均无显著差异。

Abstract: Photosynthetic characteristics from different rice varieties such as ‘Jinyou458’, ‘Jinyou463’, ‘Liangyou287’, ‘Zhuliangyou211’, ‘Hesheng10’ and ‘Ganxin688’, ‘Yueyou712’, ‘Liangyoupeijiu’, ‘Xinrongyou254’, ‘Ganwanxian37’ were measured. The results indicated that the light compensation point was 25.7-35.7 μmol/(m2·s) of early rice, 29.5-35.3 μmol/(m2·s) of late rice; the apparent quantum yield was 0.0401-0.0481 of early rice, 0.0387-0.0503 of late rice; the dark respiration was 1.0879-1.7975 μmol/(m2·s) of early rice, 1.2778-1.6051 μmol/(m2·s) of late rice; the CO2 compensation point was 66.6-75.4 μmol/(m2·s) of early rice, 75.6-87.6 μmol/(m2·s) of late rice; the carboxylation efficiency was 0.0594-0.1089 of early rice, 0.0547-0.0764 of late rice; dark respiration, light compensation point, apparent quantum yield, CO2 compensation point and carboxylation efficiency of single leaf from different rice varieties had no significant difference.
