小麦富硒研究概述与展望

Research Progress and Perspective on Selenium-enriched Wheat

摘要: 硒是人和动物必需的微量营养元素,粮食作物尤其小麦是人体硒元素的主要来源。为了推动富硒小麦的进一步发展,本研究收集了部分有关小麦富硒的研究报道和数据,并结合自己的试验结果,对硒的健康机理、作用机制、小麦对硒肥的吸收、利用及籽粒硒含量等进行了系统论述和分析。提出了今后小麦富硒研究应重点放在“土壤与硒含量关系、小麦硒肥施用技术、小麦富硒营养水平”等几个方面。

Abstract: Selenium is one of the necessary micronutrients for people and animal, and the food crop like wheat is the main source of selenium in human body. In order to promote the development of selenium- enriched wheat, the data related to selenium- enriched wheat were collected from the published papers and our own studies, and the effect of selenium on human health, the action mechanism of selenium, and the absorption, utilization and content of selenium in wheat were reviewed and analyzed. Some suggestions about further study on selenium-rich wheat were presented. The author proposed the study focus on the relationship of soils with their content of selenium, the technology of selenium fertilizer application, the nutrition level of seleniumenriched wheat, etc.
