摘要:

为了研究大米产地溯源方法,本研究综述了稳定同位素技术、近红外光谱技术、矿物元素分析技术、有机组分指纹图谱技术、拉曼光谱技术、顶空固相微萃取-气质联用技术在大米地理鉴别上的应用进展。发现产地溯源研究的还比较浅显,目前所采集的样本仅选取几个有特点的品种来进行研究分析,建立的大米地理鉴别方法不具有普遍性,今后的研究要保证样本的充足性,而且可以几种技术与多种化学计量学方法相结合,提高判别的精确度。

Abstract:

To study the traceability method of rice origin, we reviewed the application of stable isotope techniques, near-infrared spectroscopy, mineral element analysis techniques, organic component fingerprinting techniques, Raman spectroscopy, headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME/GC-MS) in the geographical identification of rice. It was found that: the study of origin traceability was still relatively superficial; at present, only a few varieties with characteristics were selected for research and analysis; the established geographic identification method of rice was not universal. The future research should ensure the sufficiency of the samples, several techniques could be combined with multiple chemometric methods to improve the accuracy of the discrimination.
