Near Infrared Spectroscopy in Quality Inspection and Origin Tracing of Cotton Fibers

摘要: 棉花纤维品质的检测和产地溯源是下游纺织品质量和产量的重要组成部分,也是保护我国棉纺织品消费者的利益和应对贸易壁垒的有效手段。近红外光谱(near infrared spectroscopy , NIRS)技术因其操作简便,成本低,无污染等优势在各个领域得到广泛的应用,是用于棉纺织纤维检测的有效方法。为了快速分析棉纤维的品质和产地来源,介绍了近红外光谱技术分析的原理和过程,阐述了近红外光谱分析技术在棉花纤维品质检测和产地溯源的国内外研究现状,分析了近红外光谱技术应用于棉纤维品质检测和产地溯源的优势和需要解决的问题,展望了近红外光谱技术在棉花纤维品质检测和产地溯源中的发展趋势。

Abstract: The quality detections and geographical origin traceability of cotton fiber, an important part of the downstream textile quality and production , is effective in protecting the cotton textiles interests of consumers and facing trade barriers of cotton fiber.Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR),which is a powerful technique for cotton textile fiber testing,has attracted extensive attention by scientists due to its simple operation,lower cost and no n-pollution.In order to rapid analysis cotton fiber quality and its geographical origin traceability,this paper introduces the principle of near infrared spectroscopy analysis and process,described the near infrared spectral analysis technology in the cotton fiber quality testing and origin traceability of the domestic and foreign research present situation,analysis of near-infrared spectroscopy applied in cotton fiber quality testing and the advantage of origin traceability and need to solve problems, and prospects the near infrared spectroscopy in cotton fiber quality testing and development trend of origin traceability.
