高温胁迫下平欧杂种榛品种的耐热性研究

Heat Resistance of Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana Hybrid Hazels Under Heat Stress

摘要: 研究高温胁迫下平欧杂种榛品种(系)的耐热性,为选育适合于新疆高温干旱地区栽培的优良品种提供参考。以新疆伊犁大西沟的13个品种(系)为材料,分别在30℃(对照)、35℃、40℃、45℃、50℃等 5个温度梯度下处理,测定叶片的相对电导率,计算细胞伤害率,结合Logistic方程拐点确定半致死温度,利用聚类分析法综合分析品种间的耐热性。结果显示:(1)随着胁迫温度的升高,各品种(系)的细胞伤害率均有不同程度的上升,其细胞伤害程度为:12#<7#<26#<8#<3#<24#<6#<2#<1#<27#<30#<29#<28#。(2)各品种(系)的高温半致死温度在39.29℃~47.02℃,12#的半致死温度最高,28#的半致死温度最低。(3)聚类分析将13个品种(系)划分为3个类群,第Ⅰ类群包括1#、27#、28#、29#、30#;第Ⅱ类群包括2#、3#、6#、8#、7#、24#、26#;第Ⅲ类群仅有12#。研究表明,13个品种(系)的耐热阈值为39.29℃~47.02℃,12#耐热性最强,1#、27#、28#、29#、30#耐热性较差,其余品种(系)耐热性居中。

Abstract: In order to investigate the heat resistance of Corylus heterophylla× Corylus avellana hybrid hazels, the relative electric conductivity (REC) of 13 varieties were measured under heat stress with 5 different levels: 30℃(CK), 35℃, 40℃, 45℃ and 50℃. The logistic equation was constructed based on the relationship between cell injured rate and temperature. The heat tolerance of the 13 varieties was evaluated by LT50 and clustering analysis. The results showed that: (1) with the increasing of temperature, the rates of injured cell of the 13 varieties all rise to varying degrees, the extent of injure was: 12#<7#<26#<8#<3#<24#<6#<2#<1#<27#<30#<29#<28#; (2) the inflection point of logistic equation suggested that the limit high temperature of the 13 varieties was from 39.29℃ to 47.02℃, the LT50 was the highest in 12# and the lowest in 28#; (3) the 13 varieties were clustered into 3 branches: 1#, 27#, 28#, 29#, 30# belonged to the first branch, 2#, 3#, 6#, 8#, 7#, 24#, 26# belonged to the second branch and 12# belonged to last branch. These results suggested that the heat threshold of the 13 varieties were from 39.29℃ to 47.02 ℃, 12# had the highest heat tolerance, 1#, 27#, 28# ,29#, 30# had a poor heat resistance and 2#, 3#, 6#, 8#, 7#, 24#, 26# performed general in heat resistance.
