摘要： 为总结过去几年辽西地区农民培训和农村信息化建设的主要成效，了解辽西地区农村信息化的需求。通过调查辽西地区农业发展现状和农民对教育培训和农村教育信息化的需求，提出了建设辽西科技型农民教育技术支持服务平台，旨在利用信息技术手段进行现代职业农民进行培训。通过自主与自助学习的教育与培训方式，促使辽西地区农民的科技素质和道德水平得到整体提升，培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的职业农民。

Abstract: The research aims to sum up the main achievements of farmers’training & countryside informatization in the past few years, and know about the requirement of countryside informatization in west Liaoning. After investigating into the status of agricultural development and requirement of farmers’training & countryside education informatiztion, the author proposed to build a service platform to technically support farmers’education, in order to carry out modern professional farmers’training by means of information technology. With self- study and self- aid training approaches provided by the platform, farmers’sic- tech quality and moral standard could be improved as a whole in west Liaoning, and professional farmers with knowledge, technical skill and management capability could be cultivated.
