基于凯氏定氮法与杜马斯燃烧法测定土壤全氮的比较研究

Comparison of Kjeldahl Method and the Dumas Combustion Method for Total Nitrogen Determination in Soils

摘要: 氮循环是生物地球化学研究中最重要的课题之一,全氮含量的测定是农业、生物和环境等多领域研究的常规测试项目。凯氏定氮法和杜马斯燃烧法作为常规方法用于土壤全氮含量的测定。实验对10个土壤标准样品进行测定,分别采用凯氏定氮法和杜马斯燃烧法测定其全氮含量,对两种方法的准确性、精密度和相关性进行分析。结果表明:杜马斯燃烧法和凯氏定氮法具有很好的相关性,杜马斯燃烧法精密度高于凯氏定氮法,但在样品氮含量较低时,凯氏定氮法的测定结果更准确。

Abstract: Nitrogen cycle is an important research of biogeochemical process. Measurement of total nitrogen (TN) content is a routine experiment in research fields of agriculture, biology, environmental sciences and so on. Kjeldahl method (KM) and Dumas combustion method (DM) are commonly used in measuring TN content in soils. A comparative study on the two methods is conducted by analysis of TN in 10 soil standard samples. The accuracy, precision and correlation of the two methods were compared. The results show that DM and KM have good relativity. DM is better than KM with a precision. However, the results of KM are correctly more than DM in low nitrogen content determination.
