富硒农产品产地认定技术方法——以海南万宁富硒槟榔为例

摘要:

基于海南万宁市槟榔园1:10000农业地质调查数据、万宁市槟榔林权数据及富硒槟榔鲜果标准,试点万宁富硒槟榔产地认定工作,总结富硒农产品产地认定技术方法。富硒农产品产地认定技术方法主要包含资料准备、评价图斑赋值、土壤质量地球化学评价、农产品质量地球化学评价、富硒农产品产地认定、制作与颁发产地认定证书等技术环节。事实证明,富硒农产品产地认定技术方法科学、简洁,便于推广;富硒农产品产地认定技术方法的应用能产生较好的社会经济效益,值得推广;富硒农产品产地认定技术方法开拓了农业地质新领域,具有积极的示范效应。

Abstract:

Based on the agricultural geographical survey data of the Betel Nut Garden in Wanning City, Hainan Province at a scale of 1:10000, the betel nut weighted data of Wanning and fresh selenium-rich betel nut standards, the pilot certification of the place of origin of Wanning selenium-rich betel nuts is conducted, and the technical approaches for certifying the place of origin of selenium-rich agricultural products are summarized. These certification approaches include document preparation, patch assignment commenting, geochemical assessment of soil quality, geochemical assessment of agricultural product quality, the certification of place of origin of selenium-rich agricultural products, the manufacturing and issuance of certificate of origin, etc. It is found that the technical approaches for certifying the place of origin of selenium-rich agricultural products are scientific, concise and ready to be widely used, and could help to explore new fields in agricultural geology and are of active demonstration effects, the application of these approaches could yield good social and economic benefits.
