黑龙江省粮食单产大幅度提高的原因分析

Reasons of Grain Yield Increase Per Unit Area in Heilongjiang Province

摘要: 为了进一步挖掘黑龙江省粮食增产潜力,实现生产可持续发展,将影响粮食单产提高的原因划分为国家政策、生产条件、技术进步和气候变暖4个因素。并选择高产作物种植面积比例、单位面积农机总动力和化肥施用量,以及≥10℃活动积温分别代表四方面指标,采用分时段处理数据方法,通过灰色关联分析,研究不同因素对黑龙江省农村改革以来粮食单产大幅度提高的贡献力。结果表明:国家粮食收购政策引导高产作物种植面积增加是粮食单产大幅度提高的最主要原因,其次是生产条件改善和技术进步的作用,而气候变暖的影响较小。在此基础上,针对黑龙江省粮食生产中存在的问题,提出了确保国家粮食收购政策稳定、加快粮食产业化、重视防灾减灾、建设现代农业新型经营体系、建立合理轮作体系和走提高单产保总产等加快粮食生产发展的技术对策。

Abstract: In order to dig the grain increasing potential of Heilongjiang Province and realize the sustainable development of production, reasons of grain yield increase per unit area were summed up as national policy, production condition, technical progress and the warming climate. Four indexes including sowing ratio of highly-yielding crops, total power of agricultural machine per unit area, amount of fertilizer and ≥10℃ active accumulated temperature were chosen to conduct the analysis. Using the methods of data processing at different times and grey correlation analysis, contribution of the above reasons to the grain yield increase per unit areawere investigated. The results indicated that the main reason of the grain yield increase per unit area was the national policy which leaded to the high cultivation proportion of highly-yielding crops, followed by the improvement of production condition and technical progress, warming climate. Based on the results, aiming at the problems involving in grain production of Heilongjiang Province, countermeasures including ensuring a steady state grain purchase policy, accelerating the industrialization of grain, paying attention to disaster prevention, constructing the new type system of modern agriculture, building the reasonable crop rotation system, increasing the yield per unit area and maintaining the total yield and so on were proposed to accelerate the development of grain production.
