常用生物杀虫剂对3 种中草药蚜虫的室内毒力测定

Toxicity Test of Common Biological Insecticides to 3 Aphids on Chinese Medicinal Herb

摘要: 明确常用生物杀虫剂对中草药蚜虫的室内毒力,为中草药蚜虫的有效防控提供理论依据。用浸渍法测定了4 种生物杀虫剂(阿维菌素、印楝素、乙基多杀菌素、苦参碱)对金银花胡萝卜微管蚜、丹参桃蚜、红花指管蚜的室内毒力。试验结果显示,阿维菌素对3 种中草药蚜虫的室内毒力最高,其LC50值分别为9.125、0.730、1.135 mg/L;其次为印楝素,LC50值分别为103.425、2.318、2.483 mg/L;乙基多杀菌素、苦参碱对3 种中草药蚜虫的室内毒力较低。阿维菌素、印楝素是防治中草药蚜虫的较好药剂,进一步做 田间试验后可在生产上推广应用。

Abstract: To evaluate the toxicity of common biological insecticides and provide theoretical basis for effective control of aphids on Chinese medicinal herb, we conducted toxicity test of 4 biological insecticides (Avermectins, Azadirachtin, Spinetoram and Matrine) to 3 aphids (Semiaphis heraclei, Myzus persicae and Uroleucon gobonis) by dipping method in the laboratory. The results showed that Avermectins was the best to control 3 aphids (LC50 was 9.125 mg/L, 0.730 mg/L and 1.135 mg/L, respectively), followed by Azadirachtin (LC50 was 103.425 mg/L, 2.318 mg/L and 2.483 mg/L, respectively). Meanwhile, Spinetoram and Matrine showed the lowest toxic activity. Therefore, Avermectins and Azadirachtin were excellent pesticides to control 3 aphids on Chinese medicinal herb, and could be popularized and applied after field experiment.
