真菌病毒的研究进展

摘要: 为了发现和筛选具有生防价值的真菌病毒,通过对真菌病毒的分类、传播以及真菌病毒与寄主、与生物防治关系的综述,详细介绍了真菌病毒的全病毒科(Totiviridae)和产黄青霉病毒科(Chyroviridae),并列举了关于稻瘟病真菌病毒研究方面的实例。真菌营养不亲和性是限制真菌病毒传播和自然扩散的关键因素,在前人研究的基础上提出了几点建议:(1)筛选侵染性极强的真菌病毒;(2)发现和运用真菌病毒的传播介体;(3)运用化学物质抑制营养不亲和性。

Abstract: In order to find and filtrate mycoviruses with biocontrol value, the taxonomy and transmission of mycovirus and the relationship of mycovirus with host and biocontrol were concluded, the family Totiviridae and Chyroviridae were presented in detail, and an example for the study on fungal viruses in Magnaporthe oryzae was set. The fungal vegetative incompatibility was a key limiting factor in mycovirus transmission and natural spread, so several suggestions were made to solve this problem: (1) screening mycoviruses with strong infectivity, (2) finding vectors of mycoviruses for application, (3) inhibiting vegetative incompatibility reaction using chemical compounds.
