多穗型两系不育系明S与超大穗型父本R900配组农艺性状分析

Agronomic Characters Analysis: Combination of Rice‘R900’and Sterile Lines‘Ming S’

摘要: 为考查不育系明S与恢复系配组后代的生育期、株高、有效穗等性状及产量表现,袁隆平院士团队2014-2015年在三亚利用明S等8个生育期接近的不育系与同一父本R900配组,经杂交收种得到F1种子。试验于2015年在湖南省农科院试验田中进行,将8个组合的F1种子播种、移栽,在科学管水施肥的相同栽培条件下,根据国家水稻品种试验观察记载项目、方法及标准对8个组合生育期、株高、有效穗等性状及产量表现进行记载。结果表明,明S/R900生育期最长,为148d;组合高产,每亩859.82Kg;在分蘖能力和结实率方面优于其他组合,有效穗超出隆638S/R900为54.3%。不育系明S/R900组合结果表明明S异交结实率高为93.91%,配合力好。两用核不育系明S/R900组合的多分蘖、高产等特性,为明S配置其他高产抗病组合,提高稻谷产量及提供依据。

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to examine growth period, plant height, effective panicles and yield performance of the offspring of sterile line‘Ming S’and restorer lines, and provide the basis for‘Ming S’ preparation with other high-yielding combinations. Using eight sterile lines including‘Ming S’with close growth period making sets with the same R- line‘R900’, the seeds of F1 were sowed. Under the same cultivation condition of water and fertilization, the growth period, plant height, effective panicle traits and yield performance of eight combinations were recorded. Results showed that the duration of Ming S/R900 was 84 d, and it had the longest growth period, 148d. The plant type of Ming S/R900 was relatively short, which was 117 cm, and its yield was 12.9 t/hm2, increased by 1.26 t/hm2 compared with that of‘Shuang Liangyou 1000’. Ming S/R900 also had strong tillering ability, the number of effective panicles was 15.3 per plant and 2.5245 million per hectare, 54.3% more than that of Long 638 S/R900. The seed setting rate was 93.91%, the number of solid grain of Ming S/R900 was 211.96 per panicle, and it also had resistance to the purple sheath disease. The characteristics of Ming S/R900 showed that it had high seed setting rate, and good combining ability.
