马尾松产脂量与主要树体因子的相关性研究

Pinus massoniana: Correlation Between Resin Yield and Main Tree Factors

摘要: 本研究通过采用Bivariate和Partial 2种相关分析方法,分析马尾松产脂量与胸径、冠长、冠幅和树冠轮廓等树体因子的关系,探究树体因子与马尾松产脂量间的真实关系。结果表明:利用两两相关的Bivariate相关分析,马尾松产脂量分别与胸径、冠长、冠幅和树冠轮廓呈正相关关系,相关系数Rb冠长(0.782)>Rb树冠轮廓(0.780)>Rb冠幅(0.743)>Rb胸径(0.440)。利用排除干扰因子影响的Partial相关分析,马尾松产脂量与胸径呈显著负相关(P<0.05),相关系数Rp胸径=-0.183;马尾松产脂量与冠长、冠幅和树冠轮廓呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数Rp树冠轮廓(0.727)>Rp冠长(0.721)>Rp冠幅(0.681)。最终拟合马尾松产脂量与树体因子的多元线性回归模型为Y=-0.046x胸径+0.514x冠幅+0.569x冠长-2.830,拟合优度R2=0.639。以上结果说明在排除干扰因子影响后,Partial相关分析更能真实反映马尾松产脂量与树体因子间的关系;且树体因子对马尾松产脂量的影响程度是树冠轮廓>冠长>冠幅>胸径,不过胸径与马尾松产脂量是负相关关系。

Abstract: The paper aims to study the correlation between resin yield and tree factors of Pinus massoniana, analyzed the relationships between resin yield and DBH, crown height, crown width, canopy outline by Bivariate and Partial correlation analysis. The results showed that: the resin yield of P. massoniana was positively correlated with DBH, crown height, crown width, canopy outline by bivariate correlation analysis, of which the correlation coefficient was crown height (0.782)>crown outline (0.780)> canopy width(0.743)>DBH (0.440); the significant negative correlation between resin yield of P. massoniana and DBH (R=-0.183, P<0.05) was detected by partial correlation analysis, in contrast, significant positive correlation between resin yield and canopy outline (R=0.727, P<0.01), crown height (R=0.721, P<0.01), crown width (R=0.681, P<0.01) was detected; the multiple linear regression equation obtained to estimate resin yield of P. massoniana was: Y=-0.046x胸径+0.514x冠幅+0.569x冠长-2.830, while R2 was 0.639 for the goodness of fit. All the results suggested that the correlation between resin yield and tree factors of P. massoniana could be reflected more really by partial correlation analysis, for that the interference factor had been excluded, the effect of tree factors on resin yield of P. massoniana was ranked as: canopy outline>crown height>crown width>DBH, of which the DBH affected resin yield of P. massoniana negatively.
