螯合肥料对作物生长及品质的影响

Effect of Chelate Fertilizers on Growth and Quality of Crops

摘要: 无机肥料的长期施用会导致许多环境问题,螯合肥料由于结构上的特殊性,在农业化肥中表现出色,对促进作物生长、提高作物品质起到积极的作用,并且已应用于高经济增长作物。本文在现有研究成果的基础上,综述了螯合肥料对作物的外观、叶绿素、产量等生长指标以及维生素C、糖类、蛋白质、微量元素含量、可溶性固形物、贮藏品质、硝态氮等品质指标的影响。文章最后分析了四种主要螯合剂的特点,以期为高品质螯合肥在农业上的推广应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Long-term application of inorganic fertilizer could lead to environmental problems, chelate fertilizer performs well in agricultural due to their special structural specificity, it plays a positive role in promoting crop growth and quality, and has been applied to high economic growth crops. On the basis of existing researches, we reviewed the effects of chelated fertilizers on crops, including growth indexes such as appearance, chlorophyll and yield, and quality indexes such as vitamin C, carbohydrates, protein, trace element content, soluble solids, storage quality, nitrate nitrogen, etc. Finally, we analyzed the main characteristics of four chelate agents, to provide a basis for the promotion and application of high quality chelate fertilizer in agriculture.
