摘要:

烤烟全钾含量的标准测定方法为硫酸-双氧水消煮火焰光度法,此法操作繁琐,且存在安全隐患,为提高检测效率,本文利用盐酸和乙酸溶液浸提烤烟不同部位钾,比较不同浓度、用量和提取时间对钾提取量的影响。结果表明:室温(20~25℃)条件下,30 mL 0.5 mol/L盐酸振荡30 min和30 mL 1 mol/L乙酸振荡40 min的精密度和回收率均较高。经t检验结果可知2种方法与标准方法结果无明显差异,盐酸浸提法从浓度和提取时间上优于乙酸浸提法。

Abstract:

The H2SO4-H2O2 heating digestion method is the standard method for the determination of total potassium in flue-cured tobacco. This method is cumbersome to operate and has potential security risks. To improve the detection efficiency, the effects of the concentration, volume and time of hydrochloric acid (HCl) and acetic acid (CH3COOH) on the potassium extraction were investigated. The results showed that 30 mL 0.5 mol/L HCl shaking for 30 min and 30 mL 1 mol/L CH3COOH for 40 min at room temperature (20-25℃) had considerably higher accuracy and recovery rate. The t-test showed that the results of the two extraction methods and the standard method had no obvious difference. The HCl extraction method was superior to the CH3COOH extraction method in terms of concentration and extraction time.
