元宝枫嫩枝扦插快速繁育技术研究

Softwood Cutting Propagation Technique of Acer truncatum

摘要:

探讨影响嫩枝扦插的内外因子,为元宝枫嫩枝扦插繁殖及引种驯化提供参考。以元宝枫为研究材料,采用正交试验设计L9(34),研究生长调节剂种类、浓度、处理时间和扦插基质对嫩枝生根率、不定根数、最大根长和根幅的影响。结果表明:元宝枫嫩枝插穗生根率及生根后根系各种指标,不仅受到生长调节剂种类、浓度、处理时间和扦插基质等单个因子影响,还受多种因子的综合影响。本研究元宝枫嫩枝生根的最佳处理组合为A1B1C1D1,即1500 mg/L ABT1处理10 s,以混合基质为扦插基质,生根率达89%。隶属函数综合分析结果显示,元宝枫根系发育指标的最佳处理组合为4号处理组合,即1500 mg/L NAA处理5 min,以珍珠岩为基质,其隶属值最大(1.82),生根率达87%。从生根率和根系发育指标综合考虑,4号处理在实际生产中应用价值更高,能广泛满足良种化生产的需求。

Abstract:

In this study, the internal and external factors that affect the softwood cutting were discussed to provide references for the softwood-cutting propagation and introduction and domestication of Acer truncatum. An orthogonal experiment of four factors by three levels [L9(34)] was applied to studying the effects of three growth regulators and their concentrations, treating time and cutting mediums on rooting rate, adventitious root number, maximum root length and root width of A. truncatum. The results indicated that: the rooting rate and the development indexes of A. truncatum root were influenced not only separately by the factors such as growth regulators and their concentrations, treating time and cutting mediums, but also synthetically by many factors. The best treatment combination for softwood cutting of A. truncatum was A1B1C1D1, in which, the softwood cutting was treated with ABT1 of 1500 mg/L for 10 seconds, then planted in mixed medium, which resulted in 89% rooting rate. The comprehensive analysis of membership function showed that the optimum treating combination for root development was treatment No.4, namely, 1500 mg/L NAA treating for 5 min and taking perlite as the medium. The membership value was 1.82, and the rooting rate was 87%. Considering the rooting rate and the root development indexes, treatment No.4 has relatively high practical value in application and can meet the needs of variety improvement.
