黄沙基质块的性能及定植后对辣椒生长的影响

The Properties of Yellow Sand Substrate Block and Its Effect on Pepper Growth After Transplanting

摘要:

为充分利用新疆地区丰富的黄沙资源,对黄沙进行改良,制备适合辣椒生长的新型黄沙基质块。研究测定黄沙基质块的总氮含量、pH、EC值、力学性能,考察基质块对辣椒苗期以及定植后生长的影响。结果表明,黄沙基质块氮素释放速率在第7周时养分释放率达到74.4%,基质块3种酶活性分别比基质高60.5%、69.1%、62.4%。采用分段掉落且第一次掉落高度高于第二次掉落高度的方式移栽,可有效降低基质块的损伤。定植后基质块培育辣椒幼苗生长状态优于黄沙基质培育辣椒。基质块培育辣椒其中所含的辣椒素、维生素C、可溶性糖、粗纤维、氨基酸含量分别比基质培育高28.57%、29.2%、3.31%、10%、20.41%。该黄沙基质块能缓慢释放养分,能为幼苗以及定植后的辣椒生长提供营养,且栽培作物生长状况及品质都显著优于普通基质。

Abstract:

To make full use of the abundant yellow sand resources in Xinjiang, a new yellow sand substrate block was prepared for pepper growth. The study determined the total N content, pH, EC value, and mechanical properties of the yellow sand substrate block, investigated the effect of the substrate block on the growth of pepper seedlings after planting .The results showed that the nitrogen release rate of the substrate reached 74.4% at the 7th week, and the three enzyme activities of the substrate were 60.5%, 69.1% and 62.4% higher than those of the normal substrate, respectively. The damage of substrate block can be effectively reduced by the method of piecewise drop and the height of the first drop is higher than that of the second drop. After transplanting, the growth condition of seedling cultivated by substrate block was better than that cultivated by yellow sand substrate. The content of capsaicin, vitamin C, soluble sugar, crude fiber, and amino acids was 28.57%, 29.2%, 3.31%, 10% and 20.41% higher than that of ordinary substrate cultivation, respectively. The yellow sand substrate block can slowly release nutrients, and provide nutrients for the growth of seedlings and peppers after transplanting, and the growth status and quality of cultivated crops are significantly better than that of ordinary substrates.
