Identification of Pathogens of Dry Blight Disease in Leaf Tip of Red-fleshed Kiwifruit in Qiandongnan Prefecture

摘要:

为减少黔东南州的红心猕猴桃病害危害、保证产品质量,对产区内的新病害发生情况进行调查研究及病原鉴定。采用组织分离法对病叶进行病原菌分离,使用核糖体rDNA-ITS(Internal transcribed spacer)区序列分析法进行DNA测序,使用MEGA 4.0软件构建分子进化树,结合形态学观察对致病菌进行分类鉴定。结果表明,由病原菌高粱附球菌(Epicoccum sorghinum)导致的一种新病害——叶尖干枯病对红心猕猴桃有严重危害。

Abstract:

In order to reduce the harm of diseases and ensure the quality of red-fleshed kiwifruit products, this study investigated and identified the new disease in producing areas. The pathogenic fungus of red-fleshed kiwifruit was isolated by tissue separation method, and DNA sequencing was carried out by using the sequence analysis of ribosomal rDNA-ITS region, molecular evolutionary trees were built by using MEGA4.0 software, and the pathogenic fungus was classified and identified by combining morphological observation. The results showed that the dry blight disease in leaf tip was a new disease, which was caused by Epicoccum sorghinum, and had a serious damage on the red-fleshed kiwifruit.
