基于Web of Science紫苏研究进展与态势分析

Research Progress and Status of Perilla frutescens Based on Web of Science

摘要:

为进一步了解植物紫苏的国内外研究现状和进展,基于Web of Science平台数据库,对1997—2021年国内外各科研院所发表的有关紫苏的研究文献进行整理。结果表明,25年间世界范围内紫苏相关研究论文产出量总体呈上升趋势,2019、2020年均达到120篇;发文量前3位的国家分别为日本、韩国和中国,日本达到525篇;日本京都大学、名古屋市立大学和首尔大学是发文量排在前3位的研究机构;文献主要来源为《Food Science and Biotechnology》、《Bioscience Biotechnology and Biochemistry》、《Biological Pharmaceutical Bulletin》;研究方向主要集中在紫苏油、迷迭香酸、花青素、抗氧化及a-亚麻酸方面,学科交叉性较强;根据统计数据综合分析,日韩在紫苏研究方面处于领先地位;紫苏含有多种具有保健作用的活性成分,是非常优异的药食同源植物,应该引起国内学者的更多关注。

Abstract:

To further clarify the current research situation and progress of Perilla frutescens, this paper sorted out the relevant literature of P. frutescens research published by domestic and foreign scientific research institutes from 1997 to 2021 based on the Web of Science database. The results showed that in the past 25 years, the output of P. frutescens related papers worldwide was on the rise, which reached the peak of 120 papers per year in both 2019 and 2020. The top three countries with most published papers were Japan, South Korea and China, and Japan had the largest number of 525 during the 25 years. Kyoto University, Nagoya City University and Seoul University were the research institutes with most published papers. The main core journals were Food Science and Biotechnology, Bioscience Biotechnology and Biochemistry, Biological Pharmaceutical Bulletin. The research interests mainly focused on perilla oil, rosmarinic acid, anthocyanins, antioxidant and a-linolenic acid. According to various statistical data, Japan and South Korea were in a leading position in P. frutescens research. It can be seen that a variety of active components in P. frutescens have very good health care effects, and P. frutescens should attract more attention from Chinese scholars.
