摘要:

客观分析国内外森林土壤微生物多样性的研究现状,总结现阶段研究的重点与薄弱点,旨在为从事森林土壤微生物的科研工作者与决策者提供数据参考。以“forest and (soil microbial diversity or soil bacterial diversity or soil fungal diversity)”为检索词,检索时间为2007—2020年,检索数据库为Web of Science数据库,分析软件采用VOSviewer可视化分析工具。研究共检索出文献4266篇,发文量随着时间的推移总体上呈现上升趋势。位列前3名的研究机构均在中国,中国科学院在该领域的发文量最多,发文量为477篇,占总发文量的11.18%。来自荷兰的第一作者van der Heijden发表的题为《The unseen majority: Soil microbes as drivers of plant diversity and productivity in terrestrial ecosystems》的论文是被引用最高次数的文献,有较大的影响力。环境科学生态学、农学和微生物学3个研究方向为该领域的主要研究方向。从高频关键词可看出当前的研究热点主要集中在环境因子碳、氮、有机质与微生物多样性的相互作用方面。

Abstract:

The study aims to objectively analyze the research status of forest soil microbial diversity at home and abroad, and summarize the key points and weaknesses of the current research, in order to provide data reference for scientific researchers and decision makers engaged in forest soil microbe. The retrieving term was “forest and (soil microbial diversity or soil bacterial diversity or soil fungal diversity)” based on the Web of Science database, and the retrieving period was 2007-2020. VOSviewer software was used for visual analysis. A total of 4266 documents were retrieved from the Web of Science database, and publications increased from 2007 to 2020. China had the top 3 research institutions in this field, and the articles published by Chinese Academy of Sciences were the most (477), accounting for 11.18% of the total. The paper entitled The unseen majority: Soil microbes as drivers of plant diversity and productivity in terrestrial ecosystems published by van der Heijden from the Netherlands was the most cited article and had great influence. Environmental science and ecology, agronomy and microbiology were the main research directions in this field. From the high-frequency keywords, it can be seen that the current research hotspots mainly focus on the interaction between environmental factors (e.g. carbon, nitrogen, organic matter) and microbial diversity.

Key words: Web of Science, forest soil, microbe, biodiversity, bibliometric analysis
