Abstract: According to local natural conditions and current situation of animal production in Yellow River Beach, this paper put forward necessarity and feasibility of green engineering construction in Yellow River Beach in Henan Province. Many concrete measures, such as the establishment of three element agricultural productive structure, establishment of comprehensive pratacultural engineering，development of green animal production region and intensive protection of biodiversity will be mainly used for the construction of green engineering in Yellow River Beach. The results will stimulate rational utilization and development of Yellow River Beach as well as promote good recycle and sustainable development of local agricultural and animal husbandry .
