双氧水在保护地蔬菜病害防治中的应用

摘要: 目前,在蔬菜安全生产中农药超剂量应用导致病虫害抗药性增强,大量天敌被杀死,环境被污染,同时人类健康也受到严重威胁。本文研究了医用消毒剂双氧水(H2O2)对保护地蔬菜病害的防治效果,结果表明,双氧水对黄瓜白粉病防治效果明显,其中0.6%的双氧水三次用药后发病率降到24.54%,防治效果达到67.94%,比0.5%粉锈宁的防治效果(61.44%)好。双氧水对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果与双氧水施用次数密切相关,根据试验结果建议在苗期喷施0.6%的双氧水2次,即可减少2~3次化学农药的喷施次数,从而减少化学农药的使用量,降低化学农药在蔬菜上的残留及对环境的污染,为华北地区保护地蔬菜安全生产中的病害防治提供一种新的防治措施。

Abstract: At present, in safety production of vegetable, the large dosage of pesticide forced the fastness of plant diseases and insect, killed many natural enemies and polluted environment, meanwhile it also menaced the health of human. The efficacy of medical disinfector H2O2 prevented disease of vegetable had researched in protected ground in this paper. The results indicated that 0.6% H2O2 was effective to control powdery mildew of cucumber. The incidence of powdery mildew of cucumber drop to 24.54% after used it. Compared with 0.5% Triadimefon, Its efficacy reached 67.94%. In addition, the efficiency of H2O2 was correlated to the times of use. Based on the results of experiment, the paper suggested we should spray twice 0.6% H2O2 and then one time 0.5% Triadimefon to reduce the dosage of chemical and the pollution of environment. The research had provided a new kind of measure for the disease prevention of vegetable safety production in protected ground of north of China.
