6种杀虫剂对广东玉米草地贪夜蛾的田间应用评价

Six Insecticides Against Spodoptera frugiperda in Maize: Field Application Evaluation in Guangdong

摘要:

为了筛选出对草地贪夜蛾高效低毒、环境友好型杀虫剂,以玉米草地贪夜蛾幼虫为实验材料,在2020年和2021年开展了6种药剂防治草地贪夜蛾的田间药效试验。结果表明:18%四唑虫酰胺悬浮剂制剂用量225 mL/hm2、8%甲氨基阿维菌素·虱螨脲悬浮剂制剂用量450 g/hm2、9%甲氨基阿维菌素·茚虫威悬浮剂制剂用量450 g/hm2处理对草地贪夜蛾药后1天的防效为69.52%~81.01%;药后3天的防效达到最高,为90.22%~96.05%,明显优于其他3种药剂。14%氯虫苯甲酰胺·高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂制剂用量450 mL/hm2、6%阿维菌素·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂制剂用量750 mL/hm2处理药后7天防效达到最高,为85.23%~92.74%,明显优于其他药剂。以上5种药剂对草地贪夜蛾均具有较好的防治效果和持效性,防效优于常规药剂甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,可在玉米上进行推荐使用。

Abstract:

In order to screen low-toxic and environment-friendly insecticides with high lethal effect on Spodoptera frugiperda, the larvae of S. frugiperda in maize were used as materials, field efficacy trials of six insecticides were carried out in 2020 and 2021. The results showed that the control efficiency of 18% tetraniliprole SC at 225 mL/hm2, 8% methylamino abamectin·lufenruon SC at 450 g/hm2 and 9% methylamino abamectin·indoxacarb SC at 450 g/hm2 was 69.52%-81.01% one day after application, and the control efficiency reached the peak (90.22%-96.05%) 3 days after treatment, which was significantly better than that of the other three insecticides. The control efficiency of 14% chlorantraniliprole·lambda-cyhalothrin ZC at 450 mL/hm2 and 6% abamectin·chlorantraniliprole SC at 750 mL/hm2 reached the peak 7 days after application, which was 85.23%-92.74%, obviously better than that of the other insecticides. All the above five insecticides have good control efficiency and durability, and the control efficiency is better than that of emamectin benzoate, so they can be used in maize field to control S. frugiperda.
